Online monitoring of runoff in sponge cities in Chongqing
1、 Project Background
According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on Carrying out the Evaluation of Sponge City Construction in 2020, our company completed the online monitoring of sponge city runoff in Shizhu County, Chongqing in November and deployed a sponge city management system. By optimizing coordination, we can avoid urban waterlogging and deterioration of water environment caused by window development, achieve a healthy and beautiful urban water environment, and improve the quality of urban environment. At the same time, the data will be shared with the Chongqing regulatory platform to provide a basis for the layout of "digital water conservancy" big data in Chongqing.
2、 System functions
(1) Use acoustic Doppler flowmeter, water quality sensor and other sensors to collect and monitor runoff, achieve data collection and wireless upload, remote debugging, maintenance and equipment upgrade operations.
(2) Realize 24-hour image capture and video monitoring of runoff monitoring points.
(3) External solar or wind energy for environmentally friendly power supply.
(4) In the sleep state of the monitoring station, the center can wake up the terminal at any time to collect data, read self recorded data at any time, or
(5) Modify monitoring station configuration information and other related tasks.
(6) Supports three power modes: power-off, sleep mode, and permanent online.
(6) Realize full system monitoring of "source, process, and end".
(7) Online continuous monitoring, with an automatic recording and reporting interval of no more than 5 minutes for continuous monitoring data.
(8) Implement quantitative assessment of monitoring data for key indicators such as annual runoff control rate and urban non-point source pollution.
(8) Realize bidirectional communication in low-power working mode and have excellent lightning protection characteristics.
