1. Equipment introduction:
The integrated online self-cleaning turbidity sensor is designed and manufactured based on the principle of scattered light turbidity measurement method. When a beam of light enters the water sample, it scatters due to the turbidity substances in the water sample. By measuring the intensity of the scattered light perpendicular to the incident light and comparing it with the internal calibration value, the turbidity in the water sample is calculated and linearized to output the final value.
2. Application direction:
Suitable for municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, and surface water monitoring, it can monitor water turbidity in real time to ensure water quality safety.
3. Advantages and features of equipment:
Measurement accuracy: using the principle of scattered light method, with a range of 0-3000NTU and an accuracy of ± 5% FS, it can accurately measure turbidity in water;
Self cleaning design: equipped with automatic cleaning function, reducing maintenance workload;
Convenient communication: Supports RS-485 (Modbus/RTU) output, making it easy to connect to monitoring systems;
High protection level: IP68 protection level, can work stably underwater for a long time;
Easy to operate: Provides detailed communication protocols and calibration methods, allowing users to easily read data and calibrate equipment.
