Ecological flow monitoring in Yunnan
1、 Project Background
According to the requirements of the Technical Guidance on Ecological Flow Monitoring Platform for Small Hydropower Stations (No. 1378, 2019) issued by the Ministry of Water Resources, our company completed the construction of ecological flow monitoring for hydropower stations in Lijiang City, Yunnan Province in July, and deployed an ecological flow management system to promote the supervision of ecological drainage by the Water Resources Bureau and ensure the protection of downstream ecological water environment. At the same time, the data will be shared with the Lijiang regulatory platform to provide a basis for the layout of Yunnan's "digital water conservancy" big data.
2、 System functions
(1) Various monitoring devices such as radar flow meters, radar water level gauges, electromagnetic flow meters, and gate level gauges are used to achieve ecological flow measurement.
(2) Supports both wired (fiber optic) and wireless (3G/4G/5G) transmission methods for data transmission, and the terminal has the characteristics of long-term online and instant messaging.
(3) Install video surveillance equipment to transmit images and videos to the regulatory platform for supervision
(4) Support overlaying information such as power station name, instantaneous flow rate, and collection time on the video screen.
(5) The power supply supports both mains power (220V) and solar power.
(6) The equipment has comprehensive lightning protection functions, including power lightning protection and signal lightning protection.
(7) It can facilitate remote management of equipment (parameter configuration, software design, remote maintenance) without the need for on-site operation.
(8) Equipment failures will automatically diagnose the type of fault, facilitating maintenance management.
(9) Adopting a distributed architecture design, it is easy to expand and can meet the constantly growing operational business needs.
