Smart Pipe Network Drainage and Waterlogging Prevention System
The smart pipe network drainage and waterlogging prevention system mainly targets the integrated drainage management system covering "sources, networks, stations, plants, and rivers". With the goals of urban water security and river basin water quality compliance, it leverages GIS technology, IoT technology, Internet technology, big data, and AI model algorithms to gradually realize real-time monitoring of hydrology, water quality, operation status, and overflow of all units (including sources, networks, stations, plants, and rivers) within the river basin. Various system units in the urban drainage system, such as sewage treatment plants, waterlogging drainage pumping stations, sluice stations, drainage pipe networks, urban internal and external rivers and lakes, and reservoirs, interact and restrict each other. The system gradually enables the information-based, automated, and intelligent operation of all water-related elements.
System Functions
The system mainly consists of the following subsystems:
Pipe Network Monitoring Subsystem: Focuses on pipe network data collection, data analysis, early warning and forecasting, and management command.
Waterlogging Monitoring Subsystem: Focuses on real-time data collection, early warning and forecasting, and auxiliary decision-making for waterlogging and ponding monitoring.

Integrated Map (One Map)
The integrated map for smart drainage monitoring mainly uses the GIS platform to display the pipe network and its layout in 3D form, and presents corresponding monitoring data and real-time alarm functions by area, section, and point. At the same time, it provides statistical display of pipe network information overview, release of early warning information, and real-time video monitoring display. It covers the pipe network monitoring system, waterlogging monitoring system, pumping station monitoring system, and intelligent analysis system.

2. Waterlogging and Ponding Monitoring System
The urban waterlogging (ponding) monitoring and early warning system is a set of monitoring and early warning systems developed and designed based on technologies such as water level and rainfall sensors, image collection, LED early warning information screens, and IoT. It realizes monitoring, early warning, and alerting for water-related and ponding-prone scenarios such as urban underpass tunnels, inland rivers, low-lying road sections, and pipe networks. During rainfall, by defining water-related lines and relevant warning slogans, it provides early warning of ponding conditions, avoids vehicle stalling caused by blind passage and flooding of pedestrians' property, and ensures personal and property safety.
System Composition
Real-Time Monitoring: Monitors real-time data such as water level at ponding points, rainfall, and videos.
On-Site Early Warning: Provides early warning for different levels of ponding through LEDs and alarms.
Remote Settings: Supports remote modification of equipment management parameters, automatic time calibration for reporting intervals, and equipment program upgrades.
Data Transmission: Adopts GPRS/CDMA/3G/4G/5G, optical fiber, and Beidou short message.
Mainly Involved Products
Waterlogging Monitoring System Platform
Waterlogging Integrated Map: Electronic information management for rainwater and sewage pipelines and equipment in the area.
Real-Time Monitoring and Early Warning: Real-time monitoring of various pipe network data, statistical analysis, and report management.
Flood Control and Emergency Command: Establishment of early warning and forecasting mechanisms for exceeding-limit data and emergencies.
Auxiliary Decision-Making Management: Analysis of water quality data, establishment of water quality diffusion models, and tracing of pollution sources.
3. Pumping Station Dispatching and Monitoring System
The remote monitoring system for drainage pumping stations is a system that uses modern information technologies such as water conservancy IoT, big data, and cloud computing to manage and monitor drainage pumping stations. It collects real-time data through devices such as flowmeters, rain gauges, liquid level sensors, and intelligent control cabinets, and uploads the data to the smart water conservancy management platform via 5G/4G or WiFi. This enables functions such as real-time data collection, intelligent control, and remote alarm, thereby better supporting the performance analysis of the drainage system, equipment fault maintenance, and flood disaster early warning.
System Composition
Data Collection and Transmission: The system collects real-time data such as the water level of the pumping station and the operating parameters of the motor through on-site instruments and sensors, and transmits the data to the monitoring center remotely.
Remote Monitoring and Control: Managers can view the operating status of the pumping station in real-time at the monitoring center, including information display in the form of text, numbers, and dynamic images. At the same time, the system supports multiple control modes such as on-site control, remote manual control, and automatic control, facilitating managers to conduct remote regulation according to actual needs.
Early Warning and Alarm: The system has an active early warning function. When abnormal conditions such as equipment failure and water level exceeding the limit occur, it triggers the early warning mechanism and actively notifies managers through cloud platform messages, sound and light alarms, and short messages. This helps to detect and solve problems in a timely manner and ensure the normal operation of the pumping station.
GIS Map and Video Monitoring: The system supports GIS map display, which can manually or automatically inspect the dynamic information of pump houses in various places and simultaneously present data such as geographical location and equipment status. At the same time, the system can also access video monitoring equipment to realize video monitoring and video playback functions of the pumping station site, providing strong support for safety prevention work.
Data Analysis and Management: The system can automatically store historical data and support functions such as query, export, download, and analysis. Through data analysis, it can trace the root cause of faults, put forward reference suggestions for equipment modification, optimize the management rules and regulations of the pumping station, and improve management efficiency.
