2、 Requirement analysis
China is a mountainous country, with hilly areas accounting for about two-thirds of the country's land area. China is mainly located in the East Asian monsoon region, with a wide distribution of rainstorm; The monsoon climate determines that rainfall in China is unevenly distributed throughout the year, with highly concentrated flood seasons. Mountain floods caused by heavy rainfall are the most frequent and harmful. The monitoring system for water and rain conditions, as well as geological disasters caused by mountain floods, is an important non engineering measure for preventing and controlling mountain flood disasters. It integrates multiple functions such as information collection, transmission, analysis, and early warning, achieving timely and accurate transmission of early warning information. This enables potential disaster stricken areas to take timely measures and minimize personnel and property losses.
3、 System composition
3.1 System Topology Diagram
The mountain flood disaster monitoring and early warning system mainly includes the following parts: automatic collection system for rainfall and water level in disaster prone areas, data transmission system and emergency communication network for natural disaster prevention, mountain flood disaster forecasting and decision support system based on GIS electronic maps, disaster warning release platform and emergency response.
