In recent years, some of the casualties caused by floods are related to emergency flood discharge from reservoirs.

The wireless warning broadcasting system center platform is located in the command center, transmitting broadcasting signals and control signals through wireless communication methods such as 2.5G/3G/4G. For remote stations in areas with weak mobile public network signals, FM broadcasting is set up to compensate, achieving full coverage of wireless warning broadcasting signals without the need to set up broadcasting signal transmission lines. The power supply for remote broadcasting station equipment is provided by solar panels, wind turbines, and batteries, without the need for external mains power lines. It is easy to operate and maintain, and the central platform can monitor the status of various equipment in real-time, with a high degree of automation.
At the same time, in order to prevent emergency flood discharge caused by geological reasons such as landslides, landslide monitoring stations are added upstream of the reservoir to collect factors such as mountain displacement, deep displacement, and soil moisture content, providing decision-making basis for emergencies. Due to continuous rainfall, exceeding the warning water level of the reservoir, and other reasons, when it is necessary to open the gate and discharge water from the reservoir, the regulatory department and the village flood control responsible person can use mobile phones/landline phones, text messages, on-site microphones, intercoms, recording playback, and other methods to immediately release emergency warning information to nearby residents through high-power high-frequency horn speakers, notifying relevant villagers to prepare for prevention and evacuation, and reduce losses.

♦ Targeted warning information can be issued based on the characteristics of the danger. On the B/S or C/S platform, directly select the areas and devices that need to issue warnings. The warning devices can issue warnings separately or in batches simultaneously, which is flexible and efficient.
♦ Automatically report device status information to the platform or mobile phone, including working mode, speaker status, chassis status, power supply mode, battery status, battery level status, etc., to grasp the real-time status of the device at any time, greatly improving management efficiency.
