2、 Requirement analysis
Urban waterlogging is a natural disaster in cities caused by short-term heavy rainfall or excessive rainfall, resulting in excessive runoff and water accumulation in low-lying areas with poor drainage.
In recent years, the rapid development of urbanization has led to significant changes in urban hydrological characteristics: dense urban housing construction, increased concrete coverage area, reduced rainwater infiltration, and decreased rainwater retention and storage functions; The widespread increase in the development and utilization rate of urban underground facilities, the diversification of urban economic types, and the high density of assets make the comprehensive disaster bearing capacity of cities fragile, resulting in an inevitable increase in the total amount of disaster losses under the same disaster conditions.
In order to strengthen urban drainage infrastructure and ensure the systematicness and integrity of urban construction, our company has designed and provided a monitoring system for urban waterlogging and flood control, which integrates rainstorm monitoring, forecasting, waterlogging risk early warning, disaster assessment and other functions, providing a solid technical guarantee for flood control in major cities.

4、 System features
♦ Accurate collection:
The collection points are generally located in low-lying areas such as underground basements, bridge openings, urban rivers, and drainage outlets. The telemetry terminal RTU (HCRZ-R02) combines sensors such as rain buckets, water level gauges, and cameras to collect, store, and report real-time images of water level and rainfall on site to the data center.
♦ Intelligent linkage:
By setting corresponding flood prevention parameters, the arrival of the flood season can be predicted in advance in adverse weather conditions. Real time information can be released through LED screens, and on-site drainage equipment can be linked for timely drainage to avoid and delay the occurrence of urban waterlogging.
♦ Map positioning:
The system supports map positioning, which can quickly locate the site through map search. Combined with data tracking display, it intuitively and dynamically observes and understands the relevant information of terminal devices, better manages and arranges the overall situation, and realizes the informatization of system layout.
♦ Flood prevention warning:
The system pre enters data on water and rain conditions that have occurred in the past due to waterlogging, and scientifically calculates and processes the real-time reported water and rain information. It can predict and warn in advance before waterlogging occurs, and can be integrated with third-party systems to enable the public and relevant units to obtain flood information in a more timely manner to prepare for measures in advance.
♦ Universal interface:
Open database structure design, with standard interface calls, to meet the data calling and sharing needs of third-party platforms, achieving maximum utilization of information.
♦ Information diversity:
Multiple cameras can be connected to synchronize and capture real-time images of the on-site situation from multiple angles, combined with flexible and universal LED screen docking, achieving instant and diversified information.
♦ Stable and reliable:
The system adopts high standard industrial grade design, research and development, testing, and production. Through strict testing in a professional testing environment, it can continuously monitor the complex and harsh environment of urban waterlogging sites, greatly reducing and simplifying the maintenance and after-sales work of the system.

The digital technology of the equipment is highly integrated, making reasonable use of on-site space. The integrated design simplifies installation, debugging, and maintenance costs, achieving efficient operation of the project.
